Arthur Littsey
 
The owner of Nine Below Zero got his start in 1981 at then-called W.B. Doner (Southfield, MI).  Arthur has worked in two critical areas of advertising.  First as a Media Planner at the aforementioned Doner and as the Director of Business Development at MARS Advertising.  As a media planner he worked on a vast array of retail and packaged goods accounts, such as W.R. Grace, Perry Drugs and Perry Autoworks, Chiquita Brands, Campbell Soup, Vlasic, Inc., Detroit News and Detroit Free Press, Sinai Hospital, and Manufacturers Bank.  
As the Director of Business Development at MARS Advertising, he was responsible for the addition of over 30 accounts.  Arthur also served as the Managing Account Supervisor on most of the accounts he brought in and was responsible for their day-to-day management, which included developing and negotiating media plans (national/regional/local) and promotion strategies.  Those accounts included: SUNOCO Service/Convenience Centers, Ziebart Car Care Centers, Major Magic Pizza, A.C. Delco, Childtime Learning Centers, Glory Foods Inc., Regional Hilton Hotels (Midwest), Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute, Ideasphere Nutritional Products, Co/op Optical, Pro Golf of America, Entertainment Partnership Marketing, SMART Transit, Detroit Macomb Hospital, St. John Health System, SelectCare, OmniCare and Quest Research Institute.

    I am sure that with this kind of enthusiasm you will inspire and motivate to put Detroit back on the map. It is people like you that care that can really make it happen…May all of those dreams come true….
    From what I have read…if anyone can do it it will be you Mr Littsey.
